Myself & my husband have been very happy with the service we’ve received right from enquiring about the Karndean flooring for our kitchen to having it fitted by George. We already had Karndean in our ensuite & kitchen, so knew we wanted the same again as it is warm underfoot in the winter. The guys at The Carpet Trade centre (Dean, Shane & Graham) are very knowledgeable and respond to questions in emails very quickly. George the fitter is a lovely jolly guy and it was really nice to have him as our fitter. Karndean is expensive but it’s very hard wearing, so we’ll have it for a very long time. Overall the whole experience has been very good 😊.
